Article 1. Purpose

The https://pickpocketcards.com website is operated and published by PickPocket Lda., whose head office is in Lisbon, Portugal.

The general conditions of sale govern all transactions made on the website https://pickpocketcards.com. Any order placed implies that the customer has read and accepted these conditions unconditionally and irrevocably. PickPocket may change the T&Cs without notice. Any change will have no impact on orders placed on the website before the change.

Article 2. Order Procedure

By checking the box "I accept the general conditions of sale" before proceeding to payment, the customer irrevocably accepts these conditions. The customer can only question them within the framework of his right of withdrawal. Thus, the customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepts these conditions.

The customer can place his order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by connecting to the website https://pickpocketcards.com. The placing of the order is carried out in several stages: select the products, select the quantities, validate the basket, fill in the information relating to the customer, indicate the payment chosen and proceed to payment.

Once the products have been selected and the basket validated, the customer must proceed to the payment of his order on the secure interface. This step will formally and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds it to PickPocket. Validation of the order by the customer is considered as knowingly and unreserved acceptance of the prices and volumes.

PickPocket reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer in the event of said customer's insolvency or in the event of a payment default for the order concerned or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The computerized registers, kept in PickPocket's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

The archiving of invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

Article 3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

In the event of an order to a country other than Europe, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the company.

PickPocket reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

Article 4. Payment

PickPocket offers different payment methods to its customers. The customer explicitly acknowledges having the rights to use the payment method he has selected.

PickPocket cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with deadlines by CTT carriers. Also, delays in delivery cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of order, withholding, or refusal to take delivery. The customer can have it delivered to his home or to another address specified in advance when placing the order. In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you. PickPocket is not responsible if the customer uses the wrong address when placing an order. Return costs are your responsibility. To do this, the customer must contact PickPocket to inform him of his intention to withdraw by e-mail to pickpocketcards@gmail.com. Once the goods have been received and checked, the customer will be fully reimbursed via the same method of payment made to pay for his order.
